Ilham Omar and Cori Bush OUTRAGED over Censure of Rashida Tlaib
>>Omar: “What is true here is that every single one of them has not acknowledged the fact that Palestinians are dying in the tens of thousands, but will continue to say it is us who are not acknowledging humanity! Rashida will stand strong —“
UNKNOWN: “Gentlelady’s time has expired.”
Omar: “— and the Palestinian movement will continue for liberation until every single —“
UNKNOWN: “Gentlelady’s time has expired.”
Omar: “— Palestinian has the right to live in liberty!”
>>BUSH: “St. Louis and I rise today in opposition to this censure resolution, and also on opposition to the reckless manner that people in this House speak when they don’t realize or don’t care that they put targets on the backs of actual people, most of whom are black and brown, because of a lack of care and the lack of understanding, and a lack of seeing the humanity of folks who look like Rashida Tlaib. It’s outrageous that my colleagues are blatantly, blatantly attempting to silence the only Palestinian American representative right here. It’s outrageous, but it’s not surprising. And let me tell you, it’s not surprising because this place is where 1,700 members of Congress, this elected body, enslaved black people. It’s not surprising because they thought it was right. It’s not surprising because this is the place where members can tell you, to claim that the insurrection on the Capitol just appeared to look like a normal tourist visit! It’s not surprising because this is the place where our black and brown staff members repeatedly speak of experiencing racism and sexism, Islamophobia, get pushed off the elevators, xenophobia, and more right here in this workplace. This is the place, and let me say this: She mourns for the 1,400 Israelis —“
UNKNOWN: “The gentlelady’s time has expired.”
BUSH: “She mourns for the 10,000, and she will not stop.”
UNKNOWN: “The gentlelady’s time has expired.”
BUSH: “No war! Ceasefire now! And she takes the death threats that you all send, that they send her way Mr. Speaker —“
UNKNOWN: “The gentlelady is no longer recognized. The gentleman from Maryland —“
BUSH: “To her, the desire to save lives is greater than —“
UNKNOWN: “Gentleman from Maryland is recognized.”
BUSH: "I said what I said."
>>TLAIB: “— and anti-Semitism makes us all less safe, and worry that your own child might suffer the horrors that six-year-old Wadea did in Illinois. I can’t believe I have to say this, but Palestinian people are not disposable. We are human beings just like anyone else. My sissy, my grandmother, like all Palestinians, just wants to live her life with freedom and human dignity we all deserve. Speaking up to save lives, Mr. Chair, no matter faith, no matter ethnicity, should not be controversial in this chamber. The cries of the Palestinian and Israeli children sound no different to me. Why — what I don’t understand is why the cries of Palestinians sound different to you all. We cannot lose our shared humanity, Mr. Chair.”

‘I Don’t Want My Family’s Name Associated with the University of Pennsylvania Ever’
ROSS SORKIN: “I know you’re a major benefactor to the University of Pennsylvania — “
EISMAN: “I wouldn’t say major.”
ROSS SORKIN: “You’re a significant benefactor to the University of Pennsylvania, I believe you got involved in this larger debate about what’s happening at universities right now.”
EISMAN: “Yes.”
ROSS SORKIN: “What’s going on?”
EISMAN: “Well, I mean, your interview with Marc Rowan woke me up a bit. My history with the University of Pennsylvania is pretty deep. I went there, my wife went there, we met there. My sister went there, my brother-in-law went there, and they met there. A lot of members of my family have been there. I’ve gone back to the university many times to speak. After — after the interview, I called my contact person at the university and I said, ‘You know, we have a small scholarship that we created about a dozen years ago.’ I called my contact and I said I wanted our names removed from it immediately. I do not want my family’s name associated with the University of Pennsylvania, ever.”
QUICK: “What was the response?”
EISMAN: “She was very nice. She understood. She’s gotten a lot of calls like that. And she said she would take care of it.”
QUICK: “Is there anything they could do to change your mind?”
EISMAN: “Yeah, you could fire the president and the chairman of the board of trustees immediately.”
ROSS SORKIN: “I believe they’re having a board meeting today.”
EISMAN: “Well, I doubt they’ll do anything. That’s the only thing that would even move me at all.”
ROSS SORKIN: “Steve — go ahead.”
QUICK: “I mean, this is something that’s played out again and again. Larry Summers pointed to a letter that came to the association of university heads of Israel today, with a long letter they have, that’s out, just talking about how there should be no moral equivalency when you look at a nation defending itself versus terrorist attacks that come through.”
EISMAN: “Let me just say one thing. You know, one of the things that the protesters are saying — one of the things I really sincerely believe is that when people tell you who they are, you should believe them. The protesters, their slogan is ‘Free Palestine from the river to the sea.’ The river is the Jordan River, and the sea is the Mediterranean. Free Palestine from the river to the sea means ‘Get rid of all the Jews.’ You know, the Nazis had a different way of saying it, it was ‘Judenrein,’ ‘No Jews.’ What we have in the protesters right now, dressed up in the clothing of progressivism, is pure hatred of Jews. Any — my view is any student who holds up a sign that says ‘Free Palestine from the river to the sea’ should be expelled. That’s not free speech. That’s calling for murder.”

Student's Emotional Testimony on what it’s like to be a Conservative on College Campuses
Jordan: “... became in the club, the more I discovered that the playing field for freedom of speech on college campuses was not equalized. The first time I noticed this was when Iowa YAF hosted Kellyanne Conway as a speaker. In response, I was doxxed in a group chat of over 800 students, and was falsely labeled as a Nazi, a token, a white supremacist, and a bigot. Some individuals even expressed that I made them uncomfortable and fear that I might commit a hate crime against them, simply because I’m black and hold conservative principles. These students believe that if you are conservative, you are hateful, support oppression, and only one benefit straight white men even though such beliefs are untrue.”

The Left Goes ALL IN Against Speaker Johnson! Will it Work?
It wasn't 24 hours after Rep. Mike Johnson of Louisiana was elected Speaker of the House and the Left opened up the flood gates against him.
"He's MAGA!" "He's going to stop you from getting an abortion!" "Mike Johnson is extreme!"
You know, the typical.
Does any of that work on Republicans, independents, moderates and others who want a secure border, to call a terrorist a terrorist, to have standards in schools, to see a thriving economy?
Ed Morrissey of HotAir.com joins Tony to discuss the Left's full court press against Speaker Johnson, and what he needs to do to be seen as successful by the GOP, and America.

FLASHBACK: Biden in 2021 Warns of Consequences if Alexei Navalny Dies
Biden: “Every world leader here as a member of NATO that spoke today, and most of them mentioned it, thanked me for meeting with Putin now. Every single one that spoke. And I think there were probably about 10 or 12 that spoke to it, saying they were happy that I did that, that I was going to do that. And they thought it was thoroughly appropriate that I do, and I had discussions with them about — in the open about what they thought was important from their perspective and what they thought was not important. And so the interesting thing is, I know — and I’m not being critical of the press, I really mean this, give you my word. But generically you all thought, was Biden meeting him too soon? I haven’t found a world leader who doesn’t think it’s not soon — it’s just soon enough. Everyone that I’ve spoken to, privately and publicly. It doesn’t mean there aren’t some out there, but it’s not likely that a head of state is going to stand up in front of 29 other heads of state and say, boy, I’m glad you’re doing this, in effect. So there is a consensus. And they thanked me for being willing to talk with them about the meeting and what I was — what I intended to do. So I haven’t found any reluctance. There may be someone, but not in open today or in the meetings I had privately as well. And Navalny’s death would be another indication that Russia has little or no intention abiding by basic fundamental human rights. It would be a tragedy. It would do nothing but hurt his relationships with the rest of the world, in my view, and with me.”
LEMIRE: “Mr. President, just a quick follow-up on the same theme of consequences. You said just now that you spoke to him a lot about human rights. Why did you say would happen if opposition leader Alexei Navalny dies?”
Biden: “I made it clear to him that I believe the consequences of that would be devastating for Russia. I’ll go back to the same point. What do you think happens when he is saying it is not about hurting Navalny, all the stuff he says to rationalize the treatment of Navalny, and then he dies in prison? I pointed out to him that it matters a great deal when a country, in fact — and they asked me why I thought it was important to continue to have problems with the president of Syria. I said because it’s violation of international norm, it’s called Chemical Weapons Treaty. Can’t be trusted. It is about trust. It is about their ability to influence other nations in a positive way.”

Biden: ‘The Economy Is Growing ... Jobs, Income, Across the Board
Biden: “Earlier in my term, I announced the major plan to provide millions of working families with debt relief for their college student debt. Tens of millions of people in debt were literally about to be cancelled, their debts, but my MAGA Republican friends in the Congress, elected officials and special interests stepped in and sued us. And the Supreme Court blocked it. They blocked it. But that didn’t stop me. I announced we were going to pursue alternative paths for student debt relief for as many borrowers as possible. And that’s the effort that’s been underway the last two years.
The economy is growing, it’s growing. Jobs, income, across the board. We have the most advanced economy of any major nation in the world. We have a lot more to do, but with the help of all of you college graduates who have gotten paid off your student loans now, I’m confident we’re going to get it all done. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. Appreciate it."

Is America at War in the Middle East?
Iranian backed groups have launched drone attacks on U.S. forces, injuring 21 people. A U.S. contractor died from a heart condition due to these attacks.
This is happening while the Iranian Foreign Minister was allowed to attend a meeting at the U.N, where he threatened both the United States and Israel.
The U.S. has responded to the attack on our troops by engaging militarily in Syria. Is the U.S., by this action, at war? If so, with whom? Hamas? Hezbollah? Iran?
Maj. Mike Lyons (Ret, U.S. Army) has the latest on the response and the future plans. Plus, the latest on Israel's ground invasion and the Hamas/Iran plan to fight.

Hamas Keeps War Going With Israel. Interview with Consul General Yinam Cohen
Hamas attacked Israel, murdering over 1200 Israelis and others. Israel responded with warnings to evacuate and then shelling of Hamas positions. This led, unsurprisingly, to the Hamas-coalition of the Democratic Party - and their allies in the media and on college campuses across America - to demand a "ceasefire."
Yinam Cohen, Consul General of Israel to the Midwest shares the latest on what's happening on the ground, is there another ceasefire in the offing and what do Israelis see as success.
Also, the U.s. is goign to stop coal plants. Get ready for a cold, cold winter.

Miami Mayor Suarez: 'I’m Running for President Because I Have a Different Message'
STEPHANOPOULOS: “We’re back with our ABC News exclusive. The newest presidential candidate Miami Mayor Francis Suarez now jumping into the race to the Republican presidential nomination. Mr. Mayor, good morning to you.”
SUAREZ: “Good morning, George. It’s wonderful to be with you. And good morning America.”
STEPHANOPOULOS: “Why are you running for president?”
SUAREZ: “I’m running for president because I think I have a different message than what other candidates have. I’m — I’m generational. And that generation is a buzzword, but I’m someone who has implemented generational change to create prosperity in the city. I’m someone who was a president of U.S. Conference of Mayors. So I know the problem that 85 percent of Americans who live in cities, and 91 percent who constitute the GDP of this country, are going through things like increasing crime, homelessness, mental health issues. I’m — I’m someone who has a positive track record of success and has a positive vision for the future. I think what I’ve noticed in the last 24 hours, just an outpouring of support, because people want someone who can unify them. I was elected by 85 percent and reelected by 80 percent. And as I’ve traveled the United States, from states like Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina and Nevada, what people want is someone to bring them together. They want to know more, they want to hear more about my track record, about what I’ve accomplished, and what I could do for them and their children. This isn’t about me, this isn’t about my generation, this is about our children.”

WARNING! Israeli Intel Failures Are A Political Red Flag For The U.S.
It is clear that Israeli intelligence failed to notice the massive amount of missiles being built in Gaza, as well as the movement to bring thousands of Hamas terrorists into Israel.
How did this happen? As University of Tennessee law professor Glenn Reynolds points out, this is exactly what happens when our institutions take their eye off the ball and become political over practical.
As we've seen with the FBI, the IRS and the CDC, this happens in America all the time. So while these agencies get more and more political, what are they missing that could seriously harm Americans?

Rep. Jim Banks Starts Probe on Antisemitism...starting with Indiana University
Is it the responsibility of Congress to address antisemitism on college campuses?
It's one thing for members of Congress to speak out against it, but it's something entirely different to think Congress can engage legislation to "fix" the problem. Wouldn't that be regulations on free speech?
Rep. Jim Banks has begun a probe into "alleged antisemitism at Indiana University student government." What is the goal here, and what steps come next?
Rep. Banks explains his actions, and his goals. He also discusses why Homeland Security Sec. Mayorkas was not impeached, and why he voted no on the latest Continuing Resolution to keep the government funded.

HIGHLIGHTS: Donald Trump on Fox News Special Report with Bret Baier
BAIER: “You made an appearance in federal court in Miami, and your explanation of the Presidential Records Act and your defense how you and others believe that that applies here. Obviously, you know, other legal experts, your Attorney General Bill Barr, they do not think that that applies to handling classified national security and defense materials. But that legal battle aside, I just want to ask you a couple of specifics. Why did you have this very sensitive national security defense documents, like the the war plans for a strike on Iran?”
Trump: “So, like every other president, I take things out. In my case, I took it out pretty much in a hurry. People packed it up and we left. I had clothing in there I had all sorts of personal items in there. Much, much stuff. By the way, when Bill Barr, who is a coward — Bill Barr was a coward, Bill Barr didn’t do what he was supposed to do. I fired him and he has great hatred, and that’s okay because some people do and some people love me very much — “
BAIER: “He said he resigned.”
TRUMP: “He didn’t resign. I asked him to give me a letter immediately because he didn’t have the courage to go after so many different things, and you and I have discussed that before. But he was a coward. He obviously doesn’t like me too much, and there are a lot of people that don’t and there are a lot of people that feel just the opposite.”
TRUMP: "A radical left group by the way, and all the sudden my house got raided."
BAIER: “Do you know if you still have any highly sensitive government documents?”
TRUMP: “No, I don’t have anything, no.”
BAIER: “Okay.”
TRUMP: “But what I’m concerned about, they took everything. Right? I don’t know what they took. They could be stuffing it. I don’t know what they put in there. And we wanted to be there when they were taking. They wouldn’t let anybody in the room. They have never treated a president like this.”
BAIER: “And that’s fair for you to point out. I guess what this points to is this recording where you said you could have declassified it when you were president. You didn’t.”
TRUMP: “No, no, I could have when I was president, but there is no document there. Those were newspaper articles. They were copies of articles and magazines. There was no document there. And I couldn’t have done it after I was out.”
BAIER: “But what do you say to the voter who really liked many of your policies—“
Trump: “They still do.”
BAIER: “—but they can’t handle the scandals or the controversies or the name-calling or the vitriol? What do you say to that voter, who is worried that that all leads to a general election loss?”
TRUMP: “So, based on the polls, I’m leading Biden by a lot. Based on the polls, I’m leading all of the Republicans by a lot, like 40 points and more. Right now, I have the best polls I’ve ever had. People see this stuff for what it is. It’s a political witch-hunt, a continuation.”
BAIER: “More independent voters watch Fox News than any other TV source.”
TRUMP: “A lot less than used to watch it.”
BAIER: “They do watch. Those voters usually — “
Trump: “A lot less, Bret.”
BAIER: “They usually make up all the difference in the election. So to the female independent voter in the suburbs, who struggled with family financing because of inflation, she’s now against Biden, disapproves of Biden, but wasn’t with you in 2020 and so far is a hard ‘no’ for you in 2024 — “
Trump: “You’re not looking at the right polls.”

Ayaan Hirsi Ali: ‘Free Palestine’ March in DC Is Really ‘Pro-Hamas March’
>> It's really a pro-Hamas demonstration and a lot of people there who think of themselves as progressives and who have progressive causes and are going to March for Hamas and not for Palestinians because if you are truly for the Palestinian people, you would be marching against Hamas. There is a concept and radical islamist theology and it’s called – "fool the infidels" and a lot of people fooled by Hamas will be marching out there tomorrow.
>> People forget Ayaan, the whole goal of a lot of people is to wipe Israel off the map completely, kill them all, get rid of them. Maybe people just don’t quite remember that part. They know, yeah, October 7th. I think that was propaganda. People are being told. Joe Biden- who has been very vocal- we are in complete solidarty with Israel. Yet his progressive flank, they’re the ones who are supporting all of these pro-Palestinian groups.
>> I was a very harsh critic of Joe Biden and the way he left Afghanistan. Right now I complement him and his administration for the strong position they have taken. It is a very strong model position in support of Israel. And I think by extension true Palestinians. Yeah the track party is divided. The younger generation has gone woke and progressive. And they have been fooled by Hamas in disguise. They have been told that they are marching for the rights of Palestinians and for the lives of Palestinians but they are not. In fact, these people are marching to obliterate Israel off the map. When you hear ceasefire, what it translates into is let Israel stop fighting for itself let Hamas regroup and let Hamas come back and do what Hamas says in its charter. And that is to completely eradicate and obliterate Israel off the map.

Rep. Dan Goldman: ‘Preposterous Premise’ to Suggest Joe Biden Shouldn’t Talk to Hunter's Associates
Goldman: “And I want to be very clear about one thing: He did describe that there were approximately 20 occasions over the course of their nearly decade-long business relationship where, when one of them called the other, that Hunter Biden would ask his father to say hello to whomever he was at dinner. He said there were some times when it was friends and some times when it was potential business partners or business partners, but the witness was unequivocal and stated very clearly that they never discussed any business on that phone conversations. There were niceties and there was a hello, and they would talk about the weather or whatever it was, but it was never any business.”
REPORTER: "Doesn't that contradict the President's statement then, that he never talked to any about a business associates? Clearly he talked about the weather whenever, but he said specifically that is never talked to them. Doesn't that contradict that?"
Goldman: "I don't know what his comment is and if we’re going to, well don’t I don’t think, that’s what he said. He never said that he has never spoken to anyone. He said that he had nothing to do with Hunter Biden's business dealings. if he says hello to someone that he sees his son with. Is he supposed to say, Hi son but no, I’m not going to say hello to the other people at the table or the other people on the phone. It’s kind of a preposterous premise to think that a father should not say hello to people that the son is at dinner with, and that is literally all the evidences.

The Attack On Israel: How Did The Intelligence Miss This? And What Will Be The Military Response
Hamas' surprise attack on Israel, where over 800 people are dead (as of this posting) was a surprise. The question is, how could this happen? Was Israel asleep at the wheel? Has Hamas gotten that much better in hiding their activities that they could build bombs and plan a full scale raid of southern Israel without Mossad and Shin Bet noticing?
And now that Israel is responding with force, what will Hamas and Iran do next? Is the United States in danger of being attacked?
Retired US Army Major Mike Lyons has the breakdown of what happened, and how the US might respond to ensure safety and stability.

Why Are Conservatives Seriously Considering RFK Jr. for President?
It makes no sense. Robert F Kennedy Jr comes across as a rational guy. He certainly did in my interview with him, which you can find on Rumble and a bunch of other platform.
***WATCH THE WHOLE VIDEO! The camera will correct quickly.***
But his rationality is about his approach. Compared to rabid Progressives, he talks like an old school Democrat. And, yes, it is refreshing.
But does the Right really think his policies are best for the country going forward? For their families?
RFK Jr. Has a history of some very incendiary comments about climate. As a Democrat, it’s obvious that taxes on “the wealthy” will rise. Conservatives think he’s a better choice than EVERYONE in the Republican field?
That’s a mistake. Democrats may be looking for someone to replace Biden, but the Right should not be helping them.

Kevin O’Leary to Coates on Trump’s Fraud Trial: ‘Excuse Me, What Fraud?’
COATES: “Because there are probably a lot who are saying to themselves, ‘I‘ve never falsified my business records. I know what a square foot looks like. I know what I can ask for and what I have the money to support.’ So I wonder to what extent that really is true. But on the second point, wouldn‘t there be many companies who would not want to do business or loan money to people like yourself for investors if they know that they can get away with fraud and there‘s no recourse to protect them?”
O’LEARY: “Excuse me, what fraud? This is not about Trump anymore. When you get a developer — when you get a developer that builds a building and he says it‘s worth $400 million and he wants to borrow $200 million from a bank, which happens every day everywhere on earth, including every American city, every developers and entrepreneur, they shine the light on their building and they say it‘s worth 400. The bank does its own due diligence, as was done in this case, because they‘re very good at it, at the banks are very good, and they say, ‘No, it‘s worth 300. We’re only going to loan you 150 million. That haggling has gone on for decades. That‘s how it works. And then in this case, even, the bank that was supposedly defrauded testified and said, ‘We didn‘t lose anything. We want to do business with this guy again. We‘d like to.’ But the judge said, ‘No, no, no, no, no, no. Let‘s penalize this developer for 355 million.’ And if we‘re going to do that, let‘s penalize all the developers all across America. They‘ve all done the same thing. All of them should go to jail and we should stop building buildings. That‘s what the message is from New York. Even the governor herself is concerned about what this looks like to investors all around the world. It‘s not just U.S. domestic. All around the world people are talking about what happened here. You really think people want to invest money in New York after this?

FBI Director Wray Issues Urgent Warning: Hamas-Style Terror Attacks Might Be Coming to U.S. Soil
Wray: “In this heightened environment, there’s no question we’re seeing an increase in reported threats, and we’ve got to be on the lookout, especially for lone actors who may take inspiration from recent events to commit violence of their own. So I encourage you to stay vigilant, because as the first line of defense in protecting our communities, you’re often the first to see the signs that someone may be mobilizing to violence. I’d also ask you to continue sharing any intelligence or observations you may have. And on our end, we’re committed to doing the same, so that together, we can safeguard our communities.”
