In this Range Report I take a look at and shoot the Rock Island Armory M1911 FS XTM22. This is a 1911 style gun chambered in .22 WMR with many features you would expect from a 1911 but also innovative mechanical features like a floating barrel and open slide. If you like 1911s and rimfire cartridges, this might be a good gun to look at and a competitor to the Kel-Tec PMR 30. This Range Report is on the Ruger 22/45 Lite Mk IV. This is a pistol I have always been interested in but always put off acquiring for one reason or another. In this Range Report, I get some trigger time with another interesting offering from Rock Island Armory. This is the Rock Ultra FS 1911 chambered in 10mm. It comes as a basic 1911A1 with an 8 round magazine and has all of the same controls and ergonomics you would expect from a quality pistol of this type. RIA and Armscor have really upped their game when it comes to 1911s in recent years and I know the 10mm is a revered caliber. In this Range Report I take a look at and review the Ruger American Rifle. This variant is the Predator which is designed for hunting and varmint eradication. This rifle has a free floated barrel which is threaded and is also a left handed model. This seems like a well built rifle for those on a budget. In this Range Report I take a look at and review the CMMG Resolute. This is a rifle which is a combination of the AR-15 and AK-47 tries to blend the best of both worlds into one platform. It looks more like an AR-15, but ballistically this is much more like an AK-47. Chambered in 7.62x39 and using AK magazines, this is an innovative firearm that seem well build and thought out. In this Range Report I get an opportunity to get some trigger time on a dedicated long range AR-15 from Nemo Arms. This is the Battle Light Rifle chambered in 6mm ARC. This is a full power rifle cartridge but designed to be show through an AR-15 lower receiver. This is a marksman's rifle and although I will not shoot and review it as such, I can respect it and appreciate its capabilities. The SR-25 is KAC's take on the AR-10 and was developed in collaboration with Eugene Stoner. This rifle is chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor and has a dimpled 22 inch barrel. In this Product Review I take a look at another general purpose and EDC flashlight. This one is from a company I have never heard of before. The Speras EST MAX flashlight seems well built and different than many others I have reviewed. The orange peel style reflector give the light a nice floodlight quality. In this Range Report I get the opportunity to shoot and review the Springfield Echelon. This pistol was released to great fanfare, but like experience has taught me it is good to wait and see when the hype has reached a decrescendo. In this Range Report I shoot and review a classic pistol from the 1990s and a classic P-Series pistol from Ruger. This video is on the P95DC. This is the P95, which was introduced in 1996 and the first of the P-Series with a polymer frame. The DC is in the name means it has a decocker. In this Field Strip video I show how to disassemble for cleaning the Ruger P95DC. While this looks like a typical DA/SA semi-auto pistol that would come apart the typical way, there is one added step that without knowing about may make this more difficult than it needs to be. In this Product Review I take a look at the PMD504 Pistol Reflex Sight by Votatu. This sight appears to offer a lot of features at an affordable price point. The thing I like the most if the adjustments have clicks and make this more likely to hold zero over the long run. This sight seems to be well built and offers a reticle rather than a simple dot.
