Range Report: K&M Arms M17S (5.56) - The next generation of bullpups?

In this Range Report I get the chance to shoot and review a modern bullpup design that claims to be a major departure from traditional bullpup designs. This rifle is the K&M Arms M17S chambered in 5.56. While I am not usually a fan of bullpups, this rifle does interest me as it addressed many of the issues I have had in the past with these types of rifle.
