Home prices are high, but who (or what) is to blame? It's not just one factor that makes home prices high.... It's a lot of factors that all work in tandem to support a housing market that is by design to be robust. Have these factors led to a housing bubble? In this episode we will be looking at homes that sold in the $500,000 to $600,000 price range in Quincy, Massachusetts.
Quincy Massachusetts is the state's seventh-largest city and is located directly South of Boston. North Quincy and Dorchester (a neighborhood of Boston) share a border. Quincy is considered part of Greater Boston.
The median sales price in 2022 for Quincy was a Single Family home was $660,000. These homes we will look at are below the Median average for Quincy.

Lynn Massachusetts is a city located 3.7 miles north of Boston while being the state's eighth-largest city. It is considered part of Greater Boston.
A $700,000 budget will bring you to the higher pricing band in Plymouth with the median sales price being $510,000 in 2022.
