Today we are making a top forward Arch cake decorated with a fondant rainbow using the Cas Cakery Arch template. You can create this by also combining a square cake and a circle cake that is cut in half and added to the square. I like this method because the template allows you to bake and cut from the single cake (or two cakes layered together in my case), saves time, and takes the strain out of creating perfectly sharp and neat edges. Lets create some meringues in the Gozney Dome Recipe: 200 grams egg whites 400 grams icing sugar Pinch if salt Powdered vanilla or vanilla paste to taste 2 drops gel food colour Dry in a preheated Gozney dome at 70 degrees Celsius (we had the oven open for 2 hours for a pizza party, so it remained warm for a long time. How adorable are these tiny chocolate fans?? I am obsessed! Here I have used white compound chocolate to create the fans and the edible spheres, and dusted them over with the iconic super sparkle white lustre dust. I also used a 6B piping tip to create the rosette in buttercream tinted midnight blue with the colour mill oil blend range (works nicely with chocolate and ganache) and finished off with edible silver cachous. Yep, you read right. Baked this baby in the Gozney Dome pizza oven, and it came out better than my regular oven 🤣 Quick disclaimer, the wonderful people at Gozney agreed to send us the Pizza Dome so we can have some fun testing recipes that wouldn't typically be baked outside of a regular oven. So far we have successfully baked cookies, banana bread and meringues (video coming out soon for meringues!) and all the opinions expressed are my own :) if you'd like to check out the oven, you can find it here: http://www.gozney.com recipe: 450 grams unsalted butter 400 milk 450 grams white chocolate 450 grams plain (all purpose) flour 225 grams self raising flour 600 grams caster sugar 4 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 pinch salt regular oven: 180 degrees Celsius Gozney Dome: preheat to 400 degrees Celsius and allow to cool down until it reaches 350 degrees Celsius with the door on and chimney closed. Re-heat if needed, but be sure to take the cake out of the oven while it is heating up again :)

Rotate after 25 minutes, reheat the dome back up to 200 degrees Celsius if needed, and bake for an additional half an hour. Repeat the reheating method if the banana bread needs a little more time to bake, or until a skewer inserted through the middle comes out clean.
