They talk about the placebo and nocebo effect and how our belief systems and our subconscious mind create our reality. He also reveals that he was nearly 50 by the time he met his wife and had his first healthy relationship, this was due to programming from his own parents. He has since been living 28 years of a honeymoon with her and that’s because he changed the programming in his subconscious mind and so can you.
