Anna shared several key facts with us tonight. One of which is about an old case called Balzac v Porto (not "Puerto") Rico. from 1922, specifically 258 U.S. 298 42 s. ct. 343 (https://casetext.com/case/balzac-v-porto-rico) She also rightly taught us that Postal Clerks, and the Postmasters are Federal Civil Service employees. Also, Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17: Federal Farmer, no. 18. The constitution provides, that congress shall have the sole and exclusive government of what is called the federal city, a place not exceeding ten miles square, and of all places ceded for forts, dock-yards. This is "Washington D.C., and it is the place for a plenary government to conduct business). Anna also explained about the layers and layers of bureaucracy associated with Unions...especially public employee unions like the "American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) https://www.afscme.org/, and how really, any employee is personally liable if they participate in fraud against Americans...the Union would be liable for not protecting the employee from harm. Anna also talked about the incredible gift that is the "Savings to Suitors Clause" and how a case in rem could be brought from Admiralty/Maritime Court to our Common Law Court! A Statehood Compact is an agreement between people regarding their kind of self governing agreements. A Constitution is a "services contract" in which one party agrees to perform government services, and the other party agrees to pay. After the Civil War, there was the territorial constitution (1789), and ultimately they created "Territorial Statehood" in the Western States. Thankfully, in October of 2020, the Union States agreed to enroll the "Western States", so that they too could be part of The United States, The United States of America...and hopefully soon, we will also restore States of America! Land = States of The Union, July 1776. It was/is imperative for international jurisdiction trade and commerce. The Union "State" was formed by the Unanimous Declaration of Independence. Soil = The Union States = Counties which hold the national jurisdiction Air = States of America, also known as "The Confederation", works in the realm of commerce (all the commercial business for the government). This instrumentality got blown away during the "civil war", and it ceased to function. September 1776 - the international "State" was created, The United States of America, an unincorporated Federation of States of the Union, was formed. Members of it are the international land jurisdiction "States". In 1781 The Confederation was adopted by the American government. It's formal name is "States of America" and its members are the "The State of _______" international business . This was only made possible because in 1861, the American Federal Subcontractor ceased to function. Only 2/3 of our American government is still functioning, but 1/3 isn't! The federal government is often confused with "The Federation". The federal government operates 100% entirely in international and global jurisdictions. It does not have any power, whatsoever, to say one word about our soil jurisdiction, nor our national government. It has usurped upon the powers of the Federation, and abused their delegated powers to such an extent, that's its doubtful they have any proper delegated authorities left anyways. The federal "government" are international corporations that have run amok! We must stand up and fully restore our American government. The Federation is the delegator of all their federal powers. By order of law, all authorities revert back to the original delegator.

House Judiciary Committee 3.20.2024 President and Chief Legal Officer of the National Civil Liberties Alliance, Mark Chenoweth addresses the de facto House Judiciary Committee regarding the farce of Administrative Adjudication Congress cannot delegate a power it does not have, so it cannot delegate judicial Power! Article III vesting of judicial Power in the courts, is exclusive and mandatory. Article III Section I (1787 constitution) states that "The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish." Therefore, Congress cannot empower administrative agencies! Administrative adjudication violates the 5th amendment, due to lack of due process because they scrap the rules regarding civil procedure and rules of evidence. Agencies are also not required to turn-in exculpatory evidence, so even if the Agency has proof of your innocence, they don't have to share that with you. Several recent cases involved such injustice: - 4/2022, SEC disclosed a so called "control deficiency" admitting that its in enforcement staff illegally accessed the files of its in-house judges in the case of NCLA client #MichelleCochran #SEC, #GeorgeJarkesy https://www.supremecourt.gov/docket/docketfiles/html/public/22-859.html Separation of Powers appears to have been combined into a single agency. 6th Amendment (1787) - "The Sixth Amendment guarantees the rights of criminal defendants, including the right to a public trial without unnecessary delay, the right to a lawyer, the right to an impartial jury, and the right to know who your accusers are and the nature of the charges and evidence against you." 7th Amendment (1787) - "In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law."
