10-Minute Total Body Strength | Mandee's Birthday Workout!
This 10-minute no-repeats total body strength workout is sure to make you feel the muscular burn. There is a short bodyweight warm up to prepare for the heavy lifting and includes an even shorter cool down to begin the regeneration process of the muscles worked.
Equipment you may want to have available: a yoga mat, dumbbells (today I am using 20's for low body and 10's for upper body), and a good cattitude! If you don't have fitness equipment, that's ok too! Shoes and equipment are always optional as these exercises can all be done bodyweight.

10-Minute TABATA | 4.10.2023
This 10-minute Tabata Workout will lead us through 2 complete 4-minute bouts with a brief 30-second rest between each of them. In this video, there is a short mobility to get us started and does NOT include a stretch or cool down so be sure to stretch on your own.
NO equipment is needed for today's workout aside from training shoes for impact. I recommend a yoga mat for a softer landing but it's by no means a requirement. There are also low impact ways to do this workout should you be avoiding jumps -- all bodies welcome!

10-Minute Cardio LISS | 4.10.23
This 10-minute standing-only and no-equipment-needed workout is a great way to start or end your day! The focus of our LISS (low intensity steady state) cardio workout is on executing 9 low-impact total body movements at a steady pace with no repeats. I am wearing shoes in this workout but they are not a requirement to get a good workout. There is no warm up or cool down included in this short workout today as it is meant to be good for the whole body AS a way to get your day started!

This 35-minute high intensity interval-style strength, cardio and core workout requires a yoga mat, dumbbells (I am using a single 10 and 25 lb weight today), and a good cattitude!! 25-Minute Strength Workout with Heavy Weights | 12.19.2022
This 25-minute strength workout is sure to make you feel the muscular burn. With 3 sets of 50 seconds in each move this workout moves quickly. There is a complete bodyweight warm up to prepare for the heavy lifting and includes a cool down to begin the regeneration process of the muscles worked.
Equipment you may want to have available: a yoga mat, a bath towel, dumbbells (today I am using 30's for low body and 12's for upper body), and a good cattitude! If you don't have fitness equipment, that's ok too! Shoes and equipment are always optional as these exercises can all be done bodyweight. 15-Minute Pilates with Magic Circle and Light Weights | 11.28.22
This truncated pilates fusion workout is sure to get the core cooking in no time. It weaves traditional pilates movements in with barre and yoga-inspired movements; requiring a thick yoga mat for spinal support. You may also want a pilates ring (also known as a Magic Circle) or a hand towel as a substitute along with a very light set of weights (I am using 2's). 30-Minute Total Body Standing Mobility and Balance Bodyweight Workout | 11.14.22
This 30-minute workout is a total body mobility, balance and coordination challenge that is completely standing and equipment-free! There is a bodyweight warm up to start and includes a short cool down to wrap up this class. Training shoes are optional.
