Local Legends: Bobby & Ryli Greer: Trailer
Tune in tomorrow, May 16th to watch
DDD Presents: Local Legends: Bobby & Ryli Greer
Dion sits down with Bobby and Ryli Greer, a father and daughter Powerlifting team.
Bobby is well known in La Porte County. He's a former La Porte County Sheriff's Deputy and was a K9 Officer for a number of years, moving on to other things in order to spend more time with his family. A perfect example of this is his unconventional father-daughter team dynamic.
Bobby Greer has a well-established history in the Powerlifting scene, taking home the Gold medal time after time.
In 2017, he scored a Gold and a Silver medal at the Northern Indiana Bench and Deadlift Championships and the 2017 Benchpress Nationals, respectively, and a silver medal at the World Police and Fire Games
In 2018 he earned Gold Medals in the 2018 Kentucky Open and the 13th NAPF (North American Powerlifting Federation) North American Regional Bench Press Championships
In 2019 he scored a Gold Medal in the RPG BarBellum
2020 Gold medal in the Stars and Stripes Open
2021 a Gold and a Bronze in the same competition: Raw Bench Nationals
In 2023, a Gold Medal at Powerlifting America Boo Bash in Aurora, IL
2024 Silver Medal at the Bench Press Nationals
He's been a member of two different leagues/competition rule sets, both of which are Drug Free and tested as such! All natural raw strength (and a heck of a lot of training). Both Bobby and Ryli are now members of Powerlifting America. Powerlifting America is the recognized United States member federation affiliate to the International Powerlifting Federation (IPF).
They routinely test for any PED (Performance Enhancing Drug) and is heavily regulated and controlled. The official policy from their website is: Powerlifting America is unequivocally opposed, on ethical and medical grounds, to the practice of doping in sport and fully supports the position of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) against the use of banned substances and methods.
The wins mean a lot here, just as in the previous organization (the USAPL).
Now his daughter, Ryli Greer, is following in her father's (deep) footsteps, already earning a Gold and Silver finish in her first two competitions! She's prepping for her third competition coming up on May 24th, the IPF World Bench Press, which we're sure she's going to dominate. Before we know it, she'll have a trophy case to rival her dad's.
Affectionately referred to as Shrek and Baby Shrek, Bobby and Ryli Greer are an inspiration for all of us, and we're going to have the opportunity to sit and chat with them before their upcoming IPF Bench Worlds Championship, going on from May 21st to June 1st, 2024 in Austin, TX.
Ryli competes on May 24th.
Bobby's chance to add to his huge trophy case will be on May 27th, 3 days after Ryli's.
Aren't these two awesome? We're really excited here at #DDD to chat with these two and find out the scoop behind this unique father/daughter endeavor.

FtF D&S Trumps Plans To Reform The FED
#DDD Presents Face to Face with Dion & Shawn
Episode 17: Trump's Plans to Reform the Federal Reserve
A plan was showcased by the media alleging that it came from the camp of President Trump and his campaign. Although the Trump team won't comment on the plan, we decided to look into it and analyze what it really says, and what that could mean, should President Trump win in November.
The article we reference in the video is linked below:

Supreme Court Homeless Case Arguments: Johnson vs. Grants Pass (Pre-Recorded)
Face to Face: Dion and Shawn break down the arguments in front of the SCOTUS in the case of Johnson vs. Grants Pass, the lawsuit involving the criminalization of homeless by assigning fines.
Although the city of Grant's Pass calls it a ban on "camping", many have spoken out against it, and are eagerly watching the outcome of this case.
This case could have far-reaching consequences for cities looking to combat the (record-breaking) homeless problem, as well as those unfortunate enough to find themselves at the mercy of these fines.

Timeline of a Tyrant: Connie Gramarossa Episode 1: Voter Registration
Dion's Daily Dose Presents: Timeline of a Tyrant
A new series that exposes the tyrants in our government, informs the population, and presents clear examples of overstepping boundaries, unconstitutional acts, and power trips.
The first entry in the series is our (least) favorite La Porte County Commissioner, Connie Gramarrosa, from District 1.
Episode One of the new series is going to focus on voter registration, Gramarossa's unprompted (and unwanted) move of the voter registration office to an off-site location, the problems this has caused for the office, and her general demeanor when interacting with department heads, her fellow Commissioners, and the public.
We have plenty of video to work with. I hope you're as excited for this as I am. This presentation has been needed for quite a while, but I'm hoping we can have some fun along the way, so we'll top it off with a presentation of community-created memes celebrating her incredible contributions to La Porte County!

Meet Timothy (Tim) Stabosz: Future La Porte County Commissioner?
*Audio feedback loop in the first minute or so, I eliminated it as soon as I realized it* Apologies. I'll try to pay more attention in the future.
Join us Tuesday March 26th at 7 PM Central to meet Timothy Stabosz, candidate (R) for La Porte County Commissioner, ask any questions you may have, and get to know the person behind the headlines.
Tim has been an outspoken critic of certain La Porte County personalities and policies. For some, he's a controversial figure that makes the job harder than it has to be, speaking out when there are those that wish he'd be silent. He's been on the front page more than once, with calls for his resignation, lawsuits, and more. For others, he's a lone voice of reason in a sea of "seedy underbelly" politics, calling out corruption and insisting on accountability and transparency by demanding itemized bills so that the public knows exactly how our tax dollars are being spent.
Is he doing what's right for We The People, or is it just a power trip?
Bruce Wayne or Harvey Dent?
Is he more Batman or Two-Face?
Tune in and find out!
We ask all of our guests to send us a bio, and here is what we were sent:
"Timothy (Tim) Stabosz is running in the May 2024 Primary Election for La Porte County Commissioner, District 2, currently held by Richard Mrzoniski. Tim feels compelled to run to fight the corruption and abuse of power that currently occurs in county government, from no-bid contracts, intimidation, abuse of power, and the list goes on. Tim wants to bring back openness, honesty, and integrity to the county and the position of County Commissioner. Tim is a fighter for the residents of La Porte County and cannot be bought or intimidated by those seeking to run the show behind the curtain. His campaign slogan is simple and reflects this: Vote for Tim because you deserve better.
A 1990 graduate of DePaul University, Tim earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and spent two years as a federal credit union auditor. He has spent the last 30+ years in the financial industry and has earned significant experience and success as an investor and entrepreneur. Tim served two terms as a LaPorte City Councilman (Tim was on the Financial Committee for both terms), and in 2020, he was elected to the office of County Auditor, aka the Chief Financial Officer of LaPorte County. He is also a member of the Parents Television & Media Council, a nonprofit and nonpartisan research and education organization advocating for responsible entertainment and the protection of children and families from graphic sex, violence, and profanity in the media, and was the Chairman of the Board until December 2023 ( www.parentstv.org ).
Originally from Chicago, Tim moved to LaPorte after falling in love with his “adopted hometown”. A historical home aficionado, Tim is the proud owner of a home designed by the architect Franklin Burnham, whose most prominent commission is the Georgia State Capitol. Tim also spends his free time restoring pinball machines, driving his classic car, and participating in vocal performances."

Meet Chuck Watterson: Candidate(R) for Judge of La Porte County Circuit Court
Join #DDD March 5th at 7 PM to get to know Mr. Watterson and decide if you want him to be Judge Watterson. This is one of the most critical positions in our county government and will have a massive effect on much more than we can cover in a short blurb here. We've seen the effects of lawlessness around the country and we see how crucial it is to have the right judges.
Judge Alevizos is retiring and so this will be an open position. There are several people running in the Primary election and Mr. Watterson is excited to have the opportunity to speak to you, the citizens and voters of La Porte County. He was one of the first candidates (of any race) to contact us/respond about being on the show, which bodes very well for his transparency and I'm looking forward to interviewing him!
I, for one, will be taking this interview and position quite seriously (while still having fun - I sure hope he has a sense of humor).
We ask all of our guests to send us a bio and this is what Mr. Watterson sent us:
-Watterson Bio-
"Chuck Watterson currently serves as the La Porte County Chief Deputy Prosecutor at the La Porte County Prosecutor's Office and has held this position since he was appointed by Prosecutor Sean Fagan in January 2023.
Watterson is a 21 year resident of La Porte County and his ties to the community run deep. His wife, Natalie Watterson, is a lifelong LaPorte resident and Dean of Students at Kesling Intermediate School. Together they have a beautiful 3 year old daughter. Watterson attended LaPorte High School and received his Bachelor's Degree from Purdue University North Central. Watterson obtained his law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law. He has been practicing law in LaPorte for over six years. He served as the President of the La Porte County Election Board for 3 years as an appointee of the Republican Party. His experience as a prosecutor and a criminal defense attorney has given him a deep understanding of the criminal justice system and the importance of fairness and impartiality in the courtroom.
If elected, Watterson will focus on improving access to justice for all members of the community. He believes everyone deserves a fair trial and that the court should be a place where justice is served for everyone. He also has a strong passion for the Juvenile Justice system and wants to work together with the schools to insure that our juveniles are given every opportunity to succeed.
Watterson is known for his dedication to his work and his commitment to serving the people of La Porte County. He has a proven track record of fairness, integrity, professionalism, and is widely respected by his colleagues in the legal community. It has always been his dream to be the presiding Judge of the La Porte County Circuit Court, and to follow the esteemed work that Judge Alevizos has done during his respected time on the bench.
If elected as Judge of the La Porte County Circuit Court, Watterson will bring his knowledge, experience, and infusion of youth to the bench, ensuring that justice is served in a fair and impartial manner to all members of the community."
-End-
I can't stress enough how important this position is and the far reaching effects of choosing (and electing) the right person for the job. I hope you'll join us.
As always, if you have questions you'd like Mr. Watterson to answer, email them to talk@dionbergeron.com and we'll do our best to get them included in the show.
If you, or someone you know, is running for an elected position and aren't afraid of meeting your potential bosses (the general public), email Talk@DionBergeron.com and schedule an appearance.

Guest: Darrell Becker, CMO of ContentSafe: How to protect your content!
DDD 2.9.24 Guest: Darrell Becker- CMO of ContentSafe, a company that bills itself as a way to protect your online content. They strive for free speech and our guest will tell us about his company and what they do.
I'm looking forward to this one. With the rise of censorship, we're seeing more and more creators either being banned, shadowbanned (The thing that social media companies claimed they didn't do, until they were forced to admit in front of Congress that there's evidence that they do, indeed do it, and have for a long time), demonetized, and deplatformed. ContentSafe claims to be the answer to this (at least as much of an answer as they can be) and we'll learn how they fight back against this infection that is censorship.
We ask all of our guests to send us a bio, and we've included what Mr. Becker has sent to us below in its entirety:
"Darrell Becker is the chief marketing officer of ContentSafe dot CO.
Since 2018 we have been publishing our client's videos on all of the available alt media platforms that don't have a history of censorship. We are also able to publish videos on IPFS, which is a distributed service that cannot be censored. More platforms lets our clients grow their audience and sell more goods and services, make more money and use this to get important information out there!
Darrell Becker is also a licensed acupuncturist and holistic healthcare professional, consulting with clients worldwide to solve chronic illnesses and injuries that don’t usually get better from the industrial medical methods you get from most doctors and hospitals. His show is Not Medical Advice which is found on Spotify here:

DDD 1.26.24 Guest: Andrew "Andy" Horning, Candidate for United States Senate (L)
Join us on Friday, January 26th, 2024 when we'll be interviewing Andy Horning, a Libertarian candidate for US Senate.
We ask all of our guests to send us a short bio and we've included his in its entirety here.
"Never put off 'til tomorrow...
My wife Wendyl and I, various dogs, and from time to time, some grown children, enjoy our lives and small farm in Freedom, Indiana.
I'm now retired, but my career was medical device and data technology.
But for decades I've felt compelled to activism for equal ballot access and against the systemic and intractable corruption of our unconstitutional Two Party System, write articles for an Indiana policy think tank and Indiana newspapers, and in quixotic generality, advocate for peace, prosperity, liberty and justice for all.
As you can plainly see, I have not been successful in that latter advocacy.
I've run surprisingly successful Libertarian campaigns for US House and US Senate, as well as Indiana Governor and Mayor of Indianapolis. I ran for US House as a Republican, won the primary against the slated candidate, and if only living voters were counted, probably won the general election as well (we documented fraud, BTW)."
I hope you'll join us and get to know everyone on your ballot.
If you, or someone you know, is running for office and would like to appear on #Dion'sDailyDose please email Talk@DionBergeron.com and we'll get you scheduled on asap.

DDD 1.15.24 Iowa Caucus, Grok, X Premium, and Current Events
I'm not sure why this didn't work as a live on Rumble. I'll get it fixed before the next one (I hope). In the meantime I'm just gonna upload it.
DDD 1.15.24 Iowa Caucus, Grok, X Premium, and Current Events
Hi everyone. Just wanted to do a live where we can hang out, talk about current events, and I can show you some neat things, including that I signed up for X Premium, so I get to play with Grok (their new AI). I haven't done much with it yet, wanted to wait for all of you to join me so we can play with it together.
The Iowa caucus is in full swing and it's turning out to be an expose of the good, bad, and ugly.
There's a lot happening in the Patriot movement, with some people getting called out and accused of being Paytriots, controlled opposition, and worse.
I got my X account synced up, so I can share some things with you and we can have some fun.
Let's Go!

8.14.22 DDD Fundraisers, Polls, and Lies
We have two fundraisers coming up. Save the dates. The first will be on September 7th at 6 PM at The Lucky Hatchet in Michigan City. There will be axe throwing, food, and drink. More details soon.
The second is planned for September 21st at 6 PM at the American Legion in Chesterton. Cheese tasting! More details soon.
We're getting everything locked down and making sure that all information is accurate before we post prices and sponsor levels. For now, just save the dates and plan on coming and having some fun.
There are various polls going around at the moment. Phone, web, and text-based polling is nothing new, but this year we are seeing pure desperation. I'll fill you in but it's quite humorous, in my opinion.
Apparently, I spent time in prison. According to these polls, anyway.
Let me be clear. The only time I spent in prison was as a Correctional Officer.
Whomever is responsible for these polls is going out on quite a limb. I've heard several variants but they're all packed with lies. Laugh with me while I tell you about how desperate these people are and how far they're willing to go.
Slander? Libel? Maybe an attorney wants a nice juicy case? Call me :P
Like always, I'll also be filling you in on what's been going on outside of the listed topics. A lot has happened since my last video so we have a lot to catch up on!
We missed you :)
