UPDATE 1: AMD Adrenaline Software 20.8.3 (or higher) effectively addresses the issue of videos freezing your entire computer. You can download and install it here: https://www.amd.com/en/support UPDATE 2 (Refresh Rate Drop): If your refresh rate drops, your integrated graphics card is disabled or you're unable to launch "AMD Radeon Software." Power off your computer (not Restart), then start it again. You should now be able to open your "AMD Radeon Software" by right-clicking on your desktop.
