Once I got Wanders new handle design, I contacted him and asked if he could make the same handles in channel. He said yes, and this is the result!

The date today is 1/26/2024. I started doing the Balisong of the week 7 weeks ago. I was originally planning on doing this on IG, but it has come to my attention that people want this on this platform as well. Here is the first 7 balisongs to kick off this series.

I have wanted this exact knife since Ceroni announced it. Unfortunately this #0 prototype was spoken for. He did offer me the #02, but the #02 is not #0. When @doc_bali posted it for sale I actually tried not to buy it. I did.... Stop laughing.... Seriously, I let it sit for awhile. It is obvious I finally made an offer and it was accepted. WOW!!! There is no way video will do this knife justice! It is gorgeous!

The latest design from Wander Paim will show you all why he is one of my Favorite Balisong makers. Wander told me, "The handle design was created to improve flipping! Sorry Flytanium, But this one is a no go. As Nice as the handles are and as good as the tolerances are, they don't help the bad blade tang design. Those horns along with the dip make for a really bad flipping experience.

This is the first drop of the @minecraftchickengod Rekuza! And I've got to say that I am very impressed! This unboxing was done a few weeks ago, so I have had time to flip this knife. And I really like it. I wasn't too sure I would due to how light it feels. Notice I said feels? The Rekuza is 4.2oz, balance is neutral, the rounding and texture max it a fun flipping experience!

First impression after the unboxing is that this is a very cool design! I'll post a video on the Gaboons weight system soon!

I've gotta tell you, I am very impressed with this knife! I actually installed all the weights just to see what it would feel like. As it turns out, I love it? It fits my flipping style. The extra weight gives me the ability to use the knifes momentum!

The latest Balisong by FLS Balisong is the Astral. As you'll see in this video, this knife is amazing.

There is reason for everything! And being able to compare my Dobruski CB20 to my new CB288 is the reason why I got this knife standard size instead of the longer one I ordered. I am over the moon happy with my CB288!
