This is the Jerry Hom I-Basilisk. I have a sandwich carbon fiber Basilisk and it is okay. It really didn't impress me, but it is still a good Balisong. In its defense, I do enjoy flipping her. She just lacks that WOW factor. The new I-Bas defiantly has the WOW factor!!

In this video, I am comparing the BlackBalisong Reaper, JK Embargo, Biegler Remix, Heibel Menace, and the Pirouette to the HazeTac C-Devil and their Carlo.

Here you go! These are all my HazeTac Balisongs. I state in the video that the first Carlo handles where designed by me. This is not true. It was a collaboration between Chris and I.

Here is the second iteration of the HazeTac Carlo. And WOW!! She is even better then the first one! I did not think that was possible!!!

Finally!!! I've been wanting one of these since MachineWise started making them. Awe, heck, who am I kidding. I've wanted each knife Deylan has designed! I have a Maryn Light and a Maryn. The Maryn has a Damascus blade but sadly the I don't have the original blade for it. That leaves the FifT and the FifT Slim that I need for my collection. Back to the Serif. In a word, WOW!!!

Here is a quick video on my top three flippers. You have the Biegler Amazeballs, The Cook Custom Lady, And the HazeTac Carlo.

Having some fun with the JK Embargo.

All three of these HazeTac Balisong's are great flippers! Each one has it's own unique flipping experience. If I had to choose one I honestly don't think I could. I keep thinking that the Carlo is the winner. Then I start flipping the Devil Devil and then I'm not so sure. So I've decided that the HazeTac I'm flipping at the time is the winner.

This beauty started life as a flipping version of the HazeTac Swell. Chris started the project then set it aside when he got busy. I can along a few month later and he made a full dress Devil for me. What you all don't know is I originally wanted a Swell. But I found out, that the Swell is not a flipper. It is a working knife designed to be carried and used like a real knife. I really really like the looks of the Swell. After awhile I asked Chris if he ever considered making a flipping version of his Swell. You know the answer to that. He showed it to me and said it just didn't work out and he'd have to start over. I asked it he could put it together so I could buy it. Long story short, when he put it together for me, he realized it was a great design and took the time to finish it like a finished knife. That led to a pass around before I got her. During this time I was working with Chris to design a knife that was in my head. I wanted to call it the Reaper but there are so many knives out there named that. So on top of getting this idea out of my head, now I had to come up with a new name. Then I got the Swell flipper! This was the knife in my head!! This was my Reaper!!! I told Chris this and asked him if could make me one out of TI. After some tweaking of the original design of the Prototype this is the final design. It isn't named the Carlo because I designed it. It is named the Carlo because I was the one that got Chris to put the original Swell flipper together. I take no credit it the design of this knife. I just got the ball rolling. Oh yea! She flips amazing!!

BOOM!!!! Wow!! I have been after this Maxace Balisong for quite awhile now!! Thank you Grant for selling this beauty to me! I now have an ideation of Mazace's past Balisongs. I still need a Petrel Sandwich and a V1 Covenant. I already have theV1 Covenant on hold.

My Devil Devil is finally home!! Here is the unboxing of her. This is the #1 Devil Devil out of 10! The Handles I unwrapped are for a project Chris and I have been working on. Okay, it's mainly Chris, with a wee bit of input from me. I will be posting flipping videos of the Devil Devil soon! They have already been taken, so I just need to edit them. I will tell you now, that this beauty can flip!!! With only 7 more left up for grabs don't drag your feet on these!

I saw this on PVK Vegas and had to snag it. Wander Paim is an amazing maker out of Brazil who makes his Balisong the old way! No CNC with this maker.

His first Balisong??? I had my doubts. This is too good for a first try, I thought. I got to talking to him on messenger and he showed me his work. To summarize his work in as few words as possible, WOW.

PVK Vegas had a Wander Paim Prototype for sale on their website. I had not heard of Wander till I saw that prototype. I got on Instagram and search him and this beautiful Balisong was available! And yes, I am the one who bought the prototype! It will be here next week!

You will see in the video that this knife made me speechless! WOW! About sum's up this beautiful balisong. Technically, this is his second channel balisong he has ever made. Luckily the actual first one is in the box too.
