The approach is a little different than other mastermind groups because it addresses the subconscious programming that we received from our external environment that may have traumatized us in ways that either block our abilities to manifest consciously or programmed us to desire goals and dreams that may not align with our soul journeys and who we are authentically.
When we are able to tune into who we really are authentically, we are able to determine what goals truly match us and are able to more easily manifest our realities.

There are so many ways we engage with the law of attraction without knowing it.⠀
⠀
We attract what we put focus on. When we focus on things we hate, we attract more of that in our life. First, I would like to point out that anger is a healthy, important, & valid emotion. Anger tells us when something is not working for us. Anger tells us when something is not “right for us”. The anger that creates hate, on the other hand, is usually a trauma-triggered response where we obsess & focus on the object(s) of our hate. Our anger continues to grow & grow, & we attract more of what we hate, or more things to hate because we are attracting our emotional state & what we are focusing on.
When we are scared about the worst-case scenarios happening, we will attract the worst-case scenarios. We become hyper vigilant scanning for our fears & because of that hypervigilance, we are actually putting focus on what we fear & don't want to happen. This hypervigilance is a trauma-triggered response. We are looking for dangers that remind us of danger we have encountered before.
When we heal our root traumas from this incarnation & past lives, we chisel away at the hypervigilance & anger. We start believing the world could be safe & begin attracting that. We stop focusing on what we hate because the inner child is healed & no longer angry that their needs were not met. ⠀
⠀
If there are undesirable events in our reality, we can view it from a conscious & healed adult perspective & approach the situation consciously & powerfully. It does not mean we are only love & light & ignoring the problems of the world. It means we see the problems with objective conscious perspectives & can determine conscious solutions.

This affirmation wheel is to help you be open to more to receiving. When people have issues manifesting their desired reality, it’s because they subconsciously aren’t open to receiving & don’t trust that their needs will be met.
Affirmations are powerful. The issue is that if your subconscious blocks are rooted in trauma & past life karma, you may have an almost allergic reaction to positive affirmations. The affirmations then bounce off you because you subconsciously reject them.
I created a Financial Freedom & Wealth Magnet Course to help you identify & heal manifestation blocks. This week, try reframing your affirmations into questions. This can help you bypass any subconscious blocks & help you be open to creative ways to fulfill the affirmation. Asking the affirmation as ❓ with “how” and/or why, you invite your subconscious to answer this question via infinite creative possibilities. You’ll automatically begin looking for reasons why your affirmation is true instead of subconsciously rejecting the affirmations.
Affirmations are powerful & an important part of setting the intention of what we want to create in our lives. The issue is, people have noticed that affirmations don’t always work. Our subconscious doesn’t really believe that we can create our desired reality so we don’t energetically match the affirmations.
When people have issues manifesting their desired reality, it’s because they subconsciously don’t believe they can & don’t believe they are worthy. They also don’t believe they should take up space in the world. They may not believe it is possible to change their reality because everything they have experienced thus far in their lives mirrored back to them their self-limiting beliefs about themselves and the world around them.
Asking your affirmation as a ❓ can help you bypass these blocks and invite your subconscious to bring forward creative ways to being your affirmation to fruition.
I still highly recommend using the Root Trauma Release meditation to heal the subconscious blocks to affirmations in a non-question form to naturally vibrate at the same frequency as the affirmations & your desired reality long-term. That said, using this bypass as you do your healing & shadow work can help you use affirmations even if your body’s trapped trauma creates an “allergic barrier” to affirmations as declarations vs. ❓s.

When we heal our trauma, past life karma, and overarching soul patterns, we really start to understand that we are souls having a human experience.
This understanding helps us to raise our vibration and awaken to higher levels of consciousness during this time of shift from 3D to 5D.
It really does get easier to manifest when we are able to transcend the limiting 3D beliefs and energies and co-create with our souls and the universe.
We attract what we put out, so when we live in the drama triangle, where we rescue people, are victim to people, or blame/persecute people, we will attract more drama in our lives. Living in neutrality and trusting the divine order of the universe attracts more ease and flow in our lives.
We also attract our fears. Healing our trauma and karma helps us to heal the source of our fears and feel safe in the Universe. Because we feel safe, we are able to create a reality where that safety and security is reflected back to us.

5D is moving away from 3D duality & polarity where we judged things as right/wrong, good/bad, light/dark, etc.
I found re-framing shadow work to focus more on the trauma triggers so we can neutrally trace back the root programming helped to really embrace our “shadows”. This helps us to not judge our triggers as “dark”, “negative”, or “wrong” & compassionately embrace & accept ourselves unconditionally.
This unconditional self love & acceptance also helps your inner child feel safer & you will find that you will be able to work with your inner child to heal the memories more easily. When we are traumatized as a child, the age we were at the time of the trauma, including our perceptions & how we will respond to similar traumas in the future is stored in our body. It is like we have different versions of our inner child, multiple inner children at different ages, running our programming to protect us from future trauma.
When we judge ourselves for our shadows, we are judging our inner children. When we have compassion that our inner children are doing what they think is best to protect us, we can then work with them to release control so they can let go and let you, the conscious adult, take over the responsibility of ensuring your care and safety. By showing your inner children unconditional love & thanking them for doing their best to keep us safe, you are being the loving caregiver you inner child wants and may have needed. You are re-parenting your inner children consciously.
By understanding why your inner children are reacting to situations that no longer serve you, you can validate your inner children so they feel seen & understood. When they feel safe, this also helps release the trapped trauma in the body.
This will help you & your inner children integrate & heal the root traumas underlying the triggers.

When you tune into your soul, your soul will help guide your actions at every present moment. The key is to quiet the mind & body. Releasing your trauma is a really effective way of doing that. ⠀
⠀
We incarnated because this planet and this time is offering a treasure trove of lessons. We are learning A LOT during this time of shift. Co-creating the learning experience with your soul will make it a more conscious & hopefully easier experience. I can’t promise that there will be no pain or loss, but I can promise that you can find inner calm, inner peace, & inner knowing if you meditate & go deep within. Trust your soul, trust the Universe. They have your back.⠀

You still can manifest your desired reality in the midst of this chaos. Your soul will help you know what desires are truly your soul’s desire vs what society and your upbringing taught you to desire. We now have to truly get to know what our souls wanted us to do in this life to navigate this shift.

When you tune into your soul, your soul will help guide your actions at every present moment. The key is to quiet the mind & body. Releasing your trauma is a really effective way of doing that. ⠀

We incarnated because this planet and this time is offering a treasure trove of lessons. We are learning A LOT during this time of shift. Co-creating the learning experience with your soul will make it a more conscious & hopefully easier experience. When people have issues manifesting their desired reality, it’s often because they subconsciously don’t believe they can, have a scarcity or fixed mind-set, or are deserving.
Affirmations are powerful. The issue is that if your subconscious blocks are rooted in trauma & past life karma, you may have an almost allergic reaction to positive affirmations. The affirmations then bounce off you because you subconsciously reject them.
To identify your blocks, say the affirmations aloud to yourself & feel how they feel in your body. If you have a negative or uncomfortable reaction, you are triggering a traumatic or karmic memory. Breathe into your body & feel where you are blocked. Do the Root Trauma Release (RTR) process to release the trapped trauma from your body.
This will help set your baseline to a neutral state. You clear your subconscious of these self-sabotaging beliefs. You now have a blank slate. You can then use affirmations to program positive beliefs about yourself into your subconscious more easily.

This is part 2 of why we attract into our lives the “wrong for us” people. In part 1, I talked about The Savior Trauma Trigger. Today, I share about finding the trauma triggers underlying fear of intimacy & closeness.
People who have his fear long for intimacy & closeness but will often push others away or even sabotage their relationships.
This fear can be rooted in trauma around neglect or abuse as a child. In this case, you may find when you do the Root Trauma Release work that you have an underlying fear of abandonment or loss. The definition of trauma is “a deeply distressing or disturbing experience”. This fear can also be rooted if you just did not feel safe, happy, validated, etc. around your caregiver(s).
This pattern does often to hand in hand with the Savior Trauma Trigger. You will be more attracted to people that remind you of your caregivers & you may be more attracted to emotionally unavailable people.
Intimacy refers to the ability to genuinely share your true self with another person and relates to the experience of closeness & connection.
A way to start identifying the trauma triggers underlying this fear is to remember when you have felt a negative reaction to someone wanting to be close to you or spend time work you. The reaction will be different depending on the type of trauma you experienced. You could feel claustrophobic, frustrated, annoyed, or even angry.
When you are able to remember this feeling, breathe into the body and see where this feeling is in your body. This is where your traumatic memories are stored. If you have multiple areas in the body triggered, first focus on the area that feels the strongest. Do Root Trauma Release on that area. Repeat on the other areas.
Note: I have seen this fear even be triggered by friends, pets, & children. I have used these as opportunities to help my clients heal this fear as well.

The Savior Trauma Trigger is a reaction that occurs when you feel this over excitement at meeting someone that your inner child believes will save them from a past trauma. I’ve learned in my own healing and my work with my clients that an overly exuberant reaction can also be a trauma trigger response. The Savior Trauma Trigger can also be activated if you were exposed to abuse as a child and you meet someone that reminds you of your abuser(s) hoping that this time, you won’t be abused.⠀

If you do have a history of attracting the “wrong for you” people, remember one of the first times you met one of them. Feel the exuberance and excitement. Breathe into the feeling and feel it in your body. Now, imagine the opposite of this. Ask yourself, “what is this person saving me from?” If you aren’t getting an insight, imagine this person just disappearing from you in that happy memory and see what that brings up. Usually you will feel a negative feeling emotion. Focus on that emotion and identify where you feel it in your body. Breathe and meditate on this feeling in your body. Your subconscious will show you the underlying fear and trauma from which you hope this savior will rescue you from. This is the trauma trigger you can now begin healing and doing the root trauma release work on. This is the trauma trigger that you keep trying to avoid by attracting the “wrong for you” people. After healing this trauma, when you revisit the happy memory where you met the “savior”, you are able to feel differently about that person. You may even be able to recognize the “wrong for you” attributes that you weren’t able to before.⠀

Some people may ask, what if it’s truly love at first sight and not a trauma trigger? There is a difference between a grounded happy response and an ungrounded triggered exuberant reaction. The key is to meditate on your reactions so you can tune into your inner guidance. Most people can say they had gut feelings that they knew the person was wrong for them. They just chose to ignore the warning signs. ⠀
