I was feeling really good today, and the warmups felt easy peasy, so I was pretty confident I would hit a rep PR today. My previous best was 7 reps with this weight. Switching to a narrower stance seems to really be paying off for me! It feels much better, and more natural/solid. I think I could have done another rep or two, but I decided I was going to stop at eight regardless,and leave a bit in the tank. It seems like I am finally starting to get back in to the groove of deadlifting again! 🤟🏻
