Mansfield Cut South Padre Island

I drove 25 miles from Beach Access Point #6 to the "East Cut". The channel was cut through the island to give ships access to Port Mansfield and the calm protected waters of the Laguna Madre. The mansfield cut separates South Padre Island from the north side of the island.
