Full deadlift session and sandbag

Warm up with 135, then 185, 225, 275, 315, 335, 355, 365, then 315 for reps. 200lb bag to shoulder twice. Not looking to compete, train or be a fitness guru. This is for fun and to relate to other busy fathers that we can keep working out as we age.
