In today’s video, I am talking about something very important to me: ENDOMETRIOSIS. Nearly 1 year ago I had a second laparoscopic excision surgery for my stage 3 endometriosis. Today I am giving you an 11 month update along with 11+ LIFESAVING endometriosis hacks & tips to make your life just a little bit easier if you struggle with endometriosis as well.

For those of you who don’t know, endometriosis is a chronic incurable disease characterized by a plethora of symptoms in which vary from person to person but generally involves chronic pain in the abdomen as well as painful & often intolerable periods. Other symptoms include bloating, back pain, nausea, fatigue & much much more. Every woman’s story is unique & therefore I ask for you to respect the conversation of topics like this. I know they can be uncomfortable to some, but for me, I have a passion to want to help other women struggling with this disease know that they are NOT alone, as well as share my story & my remedies to hopefully help give some ideas to others on how to manage their symptoms & pain as well.
