Welcome back to my channel, I am so happy to have you here! Today’s video is pretty serious. However, I don’t want anyone to think that they cannot find humor in my dazed state, etc. I am fully aware I look crazy & goofy & say so many random things that are pretty hilarious & I left those parts in intentionally for entertainment & to lighten the mood. I only intend for people to be understanding of the seriousness of surgery & endometriosis itself. & not just for me but for all the other women out there going through this.

I made this video not for pity or anything of that sorts. I have been through this before I knew full well what I was getting into. However, I do hope you’ll be respectful in understanding that this is very painful & it is a difficult recovery, at least for me it has been.

I made this video because I want to help other women & girls that are going through this disease or for people in general who want to learn more about it. I specifically wanted to document the surgery experience because for those women who have never had a surgery they may have no idea what to expect, like me the first time around. I wanted to offer my experience as an example of what a laparoscopic excision surgery CAN be like or MAY look like for them. However please understand that this is solely MY experience. Every woman will have a different endometriosis experience, different symptoms, a different journey, their surgeries may look nothing like mine, their incisions may be completely different, & their recovery may be totally different. But that is okay. There are many factors that affect that, including where you live, your insurance, your stage of endo, your pain tolerance level, the severity of your symptoms, etc. There are SO MANY factors. Don’t think that all women with endo have the same experience as me, because everyone really truly does have such a different experience.
