Superman's Tough Scrape - More Quality Control Problems at CGC

More quality control issues at CGC?
I received another load of slabbed comics back from CGC. Most of them were perfectly fine, but this Superman reprint from 1999 has a very obvious mar or scratch on the back of the plastic case. Quality Control seems to be pretty lax of late. This is not the first time this has happened.
