Mars and scratches on the plastic case of a slabbed comic that I just got from CGC

More quality control issues at CGC? I received another load of slabbed comics back from CGC. Most of them were perfectly fine, but this Superman reprint from 1999 has a very obvious mar or scratch on the back of the plastic case. Quality Control seems to be pretty lax of late. This is not the first time this has happened.

I sent a number of comics to CGC to be graded and slabbed. They came back with hairline scratches in the plastic slab. It’s subtle, but if I were to sell these comics, it means a lot to a collector. This isn't the first time this has happened.
