Sorry for the wait! Finally got through my sickness, apart from a bit of nasal congestion, and tiredness/fatigue. I figured I would play it safe, and give myself the full week to recover, and also resume my schedule on Monday like usual, so I keep everything in order, as I like it.
I definitely feel lingering fatigue from the sickness, as I did not feel too energetic today (coffee didn't help too much either, unfortunately), and I can definitely tell I am not at full strength. All things considered, I am acrually pretty happy with six reps with this weight! Only one less than my all time best, in fact. If I was feeling better/stronger, I think I definitely could have hit 7-8. Which is a good sign! I also lost balance a bit during the reps, probably just from being a bit weaker/rusty, but it is what it is.
I am happy to be back! Fingers crossed that I can get back on track in due time 🤟🏻
