NATO to Help Ukraine Protect Against Nuclear, Biological Threats

NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg says the alliance is sending more aid to Ukraine and equipment to help the country prepare for possible biological or nuclear incidents by Russia. He spoke in Brussels.
