Woman Arrested for Hanging Her Dog After Getting Kicked off Bus

40 year-old Jessica McQueen of Portland, OR is facing multiple criminal charges, one of those charges being animal cruelty.
McQueen got kicked off a city bus for her dog's supposed, disruptive barking.
Moments later, after being kicked off the bus, McQueen lifted the leash that was around the dog's neck and began lifting upwards, viciously choking and depriving the animal of air in broad daylight.
Thankfully, some good Samaritans nearby noticed and notified the police.
