Test your core strength in this quick but intense 5-minute plank challenge workout. Can you complete the entire workout without resting? We have 10 different moves that we perform for 30 seconds each with no rest in between.

They say a 1-minute plank is the longest minute of your life so let me know how long this 5-minute challenge feels! If you need to modify by resting or doing a knee plank, that's ok. Just don't give up! You got this!
