Fit Anatomy(TM) Daily Circulation Exercise/Stretch Routine
My name is Mark and I am a 20 year certified Personal Trainer. In this Video I introduce a good full body exercise and stretching routine that is excellent for people to begin a fitness lifestyle. It is great for circulation, conditioning, flushing the lymph system and neuromuscular stress relief. It can be performed daily by doing 1 set of 10 - 15 repetitions per exercise with no weights, 1 or 2 times per day. It can also be transitioned into a 2 to 3 day per week full body exercise routine with multiple sets of 10 -- 15 reps of each exercise, progressing with weights and allowing 48 hours of rest between workouts.
