Thomas Sowell Has NO CHILL on Black Culture

In this video, Thomas Sowell explains the relationships between antebellum redneck culture and the black slaves that lived under that culture for decades. Sowell describes this culture and how blacks adopted this southern culture that has contributed to bad social and financial habits that began to plague the northern urban blacks as well. Sowell sees this as a "social poison", ultimately a philosophic regression.
