In Florida, Ron DeSantis just signed a bill that will prevent women from having an abortion anytime after 15 weeks. For conservatives such as DeSantis to claim that he is pro-freedom, pro-individual rights, it is terrible to see that he is passing a bill that is obviously against the mother and is in violation to her rights. Sowell describes this culture and how blacks adopted this southern culture that has contributed to bad social and financial habits that began to plague the northern urban blacks as well.
