The REAL STORY of the POLICE on New Zealand Anti-mandate Protest Day 3

On Thursday, 12th February 2022, on the third day of the New Zealand Anti-mandate Protest / NZ Convoy, police engaged the protestors with force and arrested 122 people. To combat the aggression shown by the police, they protestors linked arms, often turning their backs on the police and formed a “line” which they held to the best of there ability. The police used clever tactics to cause distractions and pluck out the smaller & weaker protestors, often women and the elderly, from the crowd and arrested them.

Jacinda Ardern, her government and the opposition signed an agreement, refusing to meet with the protestors. After the violent events of the third day of the convoy / protest, even greater numbers of protestors turned out in the subsequent days.

In this video, Christopher Best, from Upper Hutt, retells the events of the first three days from his perspective. He reveals that the younger and inexperienced police were brought to tears by what they saw that day.

The NZ Protest was inspired by the truckers of the Canadian Convoy.
