Corrupt Cumbria Police abused me in support of fraudster Cumbrian solicitors Gedye & Sons

As a black Londoner visiting the almost all white village of Grange-over-Sands in the predominantly white region of Cumbria in north west England I have had Cumbria Police called on me at least three times, each time for no good reason. Twice it was by crooked solicitors of Cumbrian law firm Gedye & Sons who hijacked my late mother’s estate without my consent and committed FRAUD and PERJURY in order to sideline/exclude me as a named executor behind my back. Corrupt Cumbria Constabulary have repeatedly backed these crooked, fraudster Cumbrian solicitors and the first time they ARRESTED me for no good reason and LOCKED ME UP at Kendal Police Station for 24 hours!

I later suffered more harassment and intimidation from three white Cumbria Police after the all white Cumbrian Gedye & Sons staff and solicitors secretly called the police on me, after asking me to wait in reception and keeping me waiting for 20 minutes when I visited their main office in Grange-over-Sands seeking my late mother's estate information, which I am entitled to as an executor named in her will. But unbeknownst to all of them I audio recorded the entire encounter and made a complaint to the "Professional Standards Department", based on my audio evidence.

I had previously been told by staff of this probate firm that I was not an executor, even though my late mother named me one in her will. They told me this because one of the probate solicitor/owners and the probate manager fraudulently obtained a Grant of Probate only in my so called brother's name without telling me, which they were legally obliged to do and then used that to justify administering my mother's estate, including selling homes, without my consent, signatures or involvement. My "brother", a British Transport Police officer and his English solicitor sister-in-law were also fully involved with doing this behind my back.

The Cumbria Constabulary Complaints and Misconduct Manager deliberately twisted and changed the meaning of my complaint in his summary (to cover up the fact that Gedye & Sons staff asked me to wait in reception then secretly called local Cumbria Police on me) which was passed to the Barrow sergeant Seath who was supposed to investigate my complaint, but instead she took it upon herself to try and "investigate" me!

Nothing in my complaint was addressed by this nasty woman! She responded to my complaint with two short paragraphs of 3 and 4 lines each, which were insulting. She suggested that these crooked solicitors were perfectly entitled to leave Cumbria to come down to London and invite me to a building in London to abuse me, but that I had no right to come to their main office in Cumbria with my Grant of Probate to ask for my late mother’s estate information.

She told me “The premises is a private premises. They did not want you there.” So why didn’t they ask me to leave? Why did they ask me to wait in reception and then come out to speak to me, asking if they could help me?

Sergeant Sara Seath spent much more time than she spent on my complaint writing a long “Local Investigation Log” which she sent to the Complaints Department and which was full of lies and hostile comments about me. I only found out about this as a result of a Subject Access Request I made. The lies came from especially the solicitor who abused me in London and also from the police.
