Cumbria Constabulary: This truly appalling, crooked, incompetent North West England police and Complaints staff have repeatedly and deliberately supported crooked, racist Cumbrian probate solicitors Gedye & Sons who committed FRAUD against me and PERJURY against Manchester High Court of Justice. As a black Londoner visiting the almost all white village of Grange-over-Sands in the predominantly white region of Cumbria in north west England I have had Cumbria Police called on me at least three times, each time for no good reason. Twice it was by crooked solicitors of Cumbrian law firm Gedye & Sons who hijacked my late mother’s estate without my consent and committed FRAUD and PERJURY in order to sideline/exclude me as a named executor behind my back. Corrupt Cumbria Constabulary have repeatedly backed these crooked, fraudster Cumbrian solicitors and the first time they ARRESTED me for no good reason and LOCKED ME UP at Kendal Police Station for 24 hours! More videos coming about that and other appalling treatment from Cumbria Police and their corrupt Complaints Department. I later suffered more harassment and intimidation from three white Cumbria Police after the all white Cumbrian Gedye & Sons staff and solicitors secretly called the police on me, after asking me to wait in reception and keeping me waiting for 20 minutes when I visited their main office in Grange-over-Sands seeking my late mother's estate information, which I am entitled to as an executor named in her will. But unbeknownst to all of them I audio recorded the entire encounter and made a complaint to the "Professional Standards Department", based on my audio evidence. I had previously been told by staff of this probate firm that I was not an executor, even though my late mother named me one in her will. They told me this because one of the probate solicitor/owners and the probate manager fraudulently obtained a Grant of Probate only in my so called brother's name without telling me, which they were legally obliged to do and then used that to justify administering my mother's estate, including selling homes, without my consent, signatures or involvement. My "brother", a British Transport Police officer and his English solicitor sister-in-law were also fully involved with doing this behind my back. The Cumbria Constabulary Complaints and Misconduct Manager deliberately twisted and changed the meaning of my complaint in his summary (to cover up the fact that Gedye & Sons staff asked me to wait in reception then secretly called local Cumbria Police on me) which was passed to the Barrow sergeant Seath who was supposed to investigate my complaint, but instead she took it upon herself to try and "investigate" me! Nothing in my complaint was addressed by this nasty woman! She responded to my complaint with two short paragraphs of 3 and 4 lines each, which were insulting. She suggested that these crooked solicitors were perfectly entitled to leave Cumbria to come down to London and invite me to a building in London to abuse me, but that I had no right to come to their main office in Cumbria with my Grant of Probate to ask for my late mother’s estate information. She told me “The premises is a private premises. They did not want you there.” So why didn’t they ask me to leave? Why did they ask me to wait in reception and then come out to speak to me, asking if they could help me? Sergeant Sara Seath spent much more time than she spent on my complaint writing a long “Local Investigation Log” which she sent to the Complaints Department and which was full of lies and hostile comments about me. I only found out about this as a result of a Subject Access Request I made. The lies came from especially the solicitor who abused me in London and also from the police.

VIDEO REMOVED BY YOUTUBE A FEW HOURS AGO, A FEW HOURS AFTER POSTING BECAUSE NEAR END OF VIDEO I SAID MASKS DON'T PROTECT FROM A VIRUS, THAT EITHER THERE WAS NO VIRUS OR ITS SPREAD HAS BEEN GROSSLY EXAGGERATED (BECAUSE THE RT - PCR IS A FRAUD WHICH GIVES MASSIVE NUMBERS OF FALSE POSITIVES)! I made this video straight after delivering a sealed complaint letter to reception, by hand, for the sole attention of the owner, Dr Neil Torrance. I had to deliver it personally because I had previously sent the letter by Recorded Delivery post a month earlier but the Royal Mail had let me down badly and failed to deliver it. I only found out a month later. The abusive, bullying practice manager had refused to give me the owner’s email address or phone number, after cancelling my much needed appointment for no good reason. She only gave me the office email, which she and others have access to. Three months later I have not had a reply from Dr Torrance. I don’t even know if he has received my letter. I decided to video outside the practice when I saw that the manager had placed a sign on the reception window saying: SECURITY NOTICE NO PHOTOS OR VIDEOS ALLOWED I know she put that notice there because she doesn’t want customers to record rude and abusive treatment from her and other staff. They are known for this here. I have experienced it myself and others have also written of the bad treatment they received on the National Health Service website. I have been shouted at by the manager and by an appalling rude receptionist who is now on maternity leave, who even physically threatened me! She said: “COME NEAR ME AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS!” If they are shouting at customers and abusing them, any customer has the right to record it as evidence. When I started videoing, a new member of reception staff came to the entrance and told me to leave or he would call the police, even though I was away from the building near the road. He was probably told to do that by the manager, who was not there. This is an example of their behaviour. She put that notice there, yet they have cameras in the building filming anyone who enters.

I have spent thousands of pounds at this practice. Abusive, bullying practice manager came downstairs and started shouting on me because I declined them putting sanitiser on my hands because I had come directly to the dentist straight after taking a shower. I live close to the practice. I was clean and showing no symptoms whatsoever. I have said the same thing at a dental practice when I was in Nigeria, where I was stranded for ten months during the suspended air travel. There they respected my decision to decline. Here in utterly corrupt England, bullying, shouting, abuse and cancelling then ensued! She then cancelled my important appointment to extract two teeth, one of which the dentist said had “chronic infection”. Then she said I was no longer registered with the practice, because she’s “the manager”. I asked her for the owner’s details (Dr Torrance). She refused to give me and told me I’m now “trespassing” and called their partners-in-crime, the police on me. The receptionist in the foreground behind the desk - the one trying to hide, is extremely rude and aggressive with an appalling attitude. She was shouting at me for no good reason. She shouted “DON’T TALK TO ME! DON’T TALK TO ME!” and “COME NEAR ME AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS!” She came to the window to attract my attention so I could see her laughing at me when she thought I was going to be arrested. She’s now on maternity leave. Policewoman snatched my phone from me when I tried to video her. She told me I was only allowed to record audio. I told her she knew that wasn’t true. She then left. I then recorded this video 25th September 2021. All this appalling treatment under the guise of “keeping us safe”. I have written to practice owner Dr Torrance, but I haven’t heard from him since 25th November 2021 until now. I don’t know if the so called “practice manager” has intercepted the letter. When I recently phoned and spoke to the practice manager she lied to me and said she wasn’t the manager, but I recognised her voice. The treatment she denied me has still not been done. The chronic infections remain. I have learnt these tooth infections can spread to the brain, heart and other parts of the body. So much for protecting us from infection. I have sent this nasty manager a Notice of Personal Liability and will also send copies to others in case something happens to me as a result of my untreated infections.

Part 2 of video I recorded outside 15 Old Bailey, City of London: Among other things I talk about how the Gedye & Sons Ltd joint owner/probate solicitor cornered and pushed me into signing a dubious document drafted by him that was dishonest, manipulative and detrimental to me in order to facilitate his totally fraudulent "removal" and exclusion of me as an executor. I regard what he did to me as having extremely racist undertones! Also how they fraudulently got a Grant of Probate without my name on it, in my British Transport Police so called "brother's" name only without telling me and then used that to tell me I wasn't an executor, even though my late mother named me an executor in her will. Even when they were treating me with contempt, as though I wasn't an executor, they never told me they got a Grant of Probate without my name or that I could get my own. They used that Grant to justify administering my own mother's estate and selling her property completely excluding me from the whole process against my will. Also how when I eventually went to all the trouble of getting my own Grant of Probate from Manchester Probate Registry and travelled from London to Gedye & Sons main office in Grange-over-Sands, Cumbria armed with the Grant in order to request my mother's estate information, I was asked to wait for them in the reception, but they secretly called the local police on me, while I was waiting, to set a trap for me to be harassed, intimidated and hopefully arrested by their corrupt local all white Cumbria Police. Correction: When I said "proving executor" in this video I made a mistake. I should have said "non-proving executor". So he told me if I stepped down and became a "non-proving executor" I would still have full rights and access to my late mother's estate information, but he later refused me repeated requests for access to this information, even access to the attendance notes of the meeting he invited me to. I was later told by an outside probate solicitor that once you become a "non-proving executor" you have no right to the estate information. So the probate solicitor lied to me in order to induce me to step down using "power reserved".

Many crooked English wills and probate solicitors use this “power reserved” fraud to remove or exclude executors behind their backs. They obtain a Grant of Probate without the executor’s name on it and then use that to administer an estate they don’t own without involving or informing that executor, even selling property without the knowledge, consent or signatures of said executor. In my case the probate solicitor/joint owner of Gedye & Sons Ltd (recruited without my consent by my so called police “brother”) told me I wasn’t an executor and refused even to give me the attendance notes of a meeting he invited me to, where he ambushed, abused and violated me and lied to me in order to carry out his fraud on me. Another probate solicitor has admitted to me that many probate solicitors use this “power reserved” fraud to remove legally named executors and even admitted that he had done so himself. He told me it is “perfectly legal”, but of course it is not because in my case it involved them not telling me they had obtained a Grant of Probate without my name on it, yet my British Transport Police “brother” swore a false oath to Manchester High Court of Justice that he had notified me of his application for a Grant of Probate without my name included, when he had done nothing of the kind! THAT IS PERJURY! It is also illegal and unlawful because probate law states AN EXECUTOR’S AUTHORITY IS DERIVED FROM THE WILL AND NOT FROM THE GRANT OF PROBATE!

The evil Gedye & Sons solicitor/joint owner also had Youtube (Google) remove this video. Youtube helped to cover up for an abuser, fraudster and perjurer as they have previously done many times by removing 7 out of 9 related Google reviews without any justification, notification, warning or responding to my many requests for an explanation. Yet again the City of London Police were called on me here, which I was counting on because I wanted to ask them if they would ask the deeply crooked Cumbrian law firm Gedye & Sons to return my papers to me. The police that came three days earlier tried to speak to them but none of them were around. Unfortunately for me this lot (six of them) were hostile and completely prejudiced. They were deceitful and never listened to me at all even though they said they would. They took every lie told them by the Argyll Club building manager as the truth. They didn't help or sympathise with me at all. Very much racist not far beneath the surface. At the end when I asked their arrogant spokesman if he could ask the firm to give me my documents, he aggressively retorted “I’m not gonna get involved in a dispute you have with them.” Not long before that I had asked him “When have the police ever helped me? So he was confirming that by his unhelpful response. Yet he was supporting the lying manager who gave them my documents without ever contacting me like I was told he would and then refused to retrieve them for me when I asked him many times. One of them was even trying to tell me racism did not exist. And why did SIX police arrive to deal with one middle aged black man? This video was made in February 2020. This is now the 16th Feb 2022 and the crooked, racist solicitor still has my documents thanks to corrupt City of London police and Argyll Club managers. Even in August 2018 I visited a City of London Police station to report the Gedye & Sons solicitor/owner abusing and defrauding me in that building. Although they helped me by admitting that he carried out a fraud on me when he coerced me into signing a fraudulent document, they also fobbed me off by giving me an “Action Fraud” phone number to call. This call centre was notorious for doing NOTHING to help any victims of fraud. An undercover reporter got a job working there and recorded the police officer training new recruits telling them that no reports ever reach investigation stage. So “Action Fraud” was itself a fraud which has now been shut down having been exposed. And it was run by the City of London Police. What I have found over eight terrible years of suffering and struggle is that the British police are not there to help me at all but to oppose my battle for justice and redress and support corrupt solicitors and companies. Cumbria Police are the worst I have encountered and supported the crooked Cumbrian solicitors 100%. They and their complaints department are seriously abusive and corrupt! Essex Police also tried to have me, a suffering victim, prosecuted for “racially aggravated harassment” at the request of my so called “brother”, who is himself a British Transport Police officer. He is the devil who has caused me all this trouble because he wanted to remove me and our uncle as executors so that he could be the only executor! He and his English solicitor sister in law are the ones who set this evil probate solicitor on me! Yet when I complained to his employers British Transport Police about him they refused to even record my complaint against him! To add insult to yet more injury, the corrupt and abusive so called "Independent" Police Complaints Commission insultingly declared that I had tried to "misuse and manipulate the British Police Complaints System" when they rejected my appeal. They use that insulting and false excuse to dismiss many appeals.

An evil, abusive wills and probate solicitor of Cumbrian law firm Gedye & Sons tried to have this brief, innocuous video removed by Youtube even though he does not appear in the video and his name is not even mentioned at all.

This video was removed by Youtube on behalf of the evil, crooked English solicitor who I was talking about, even though he does not even appear in the video! Youtube supported a solicitor who has committed FRAUD and PERJURY in order to exclude me as an executor of my late mother's will! England and English solicitors are extremely corrupt! As a black Londoner born in London I have had the English police called on me many times by white English people for no good reason even though I am not a criminal and have no criminal record. In this case I was the long suffering victim of the evil probate solicitor/owner of Cumbrian law firm Gedye & Sons who also have desk space in the City of London, where he abused me. I was invited to a meeting room in the above building 15 Old Bailey, City of London, by a Cumbrian solicitor from the Cumbrian law firm Gedye & Sons, where I was ambushed, abused, threatened, lied to, manipulated and defrauded out of the executorship of my mother’s will using a fraudulent method used by crooked English wills and probate solicitors, known as “power reserved”. He also COERCED me into signing a dishonest, fraudulent statement quickly typed up by him that was extremely manipulative and detrimental to me. I came to him for help and advice and he took advantage of my lack of knowledge, which is supposed to be against Solicitors Regulation Authority rules. The last 8 years of my life have been hell because of what he did to me, which started in this building. When I later visited the City of London Police, they told me what he did to me was FRAUD! I later re-visited the building and told the deputy manager of the building which was managed by London Executive Offices, later name changed to the Argyll Club, what happened then and since. She was kind and listened to me. I showed her some nasty emails and letters I received from the firm and she asked me if she could take photocopies to show to her managers, which I allowed. She told me I would soon hear from her managers but I never heard from any of them. I was later told by her manager Ernesto, when I returned to 15 Old Bailey that he gave my papers to the firm, which he did without my permission and against my wishes. He and his area manager Penny also turned a blind eye to the solicitor’s misconduct, claiming it was “nothing to do with them” and responding to my story with hostility, instantly demanding I leave and threatening me with the police, which she was quick to call. Next day I phoned Ernesto and asked him to retrieve my papers for me. He cut me off. For over the course of a year, whenever I called him to ask for the return of my papers he would cut me off. So more than a year later I decided to visit him again. He at first welcomed me but as soon as he realised I was the one he had been stonewalling he picked up the phone to call the police. He then even denied he had received my documents from his deputy or passed them on to Gedye & Sons. When the police arrived he even lied to them by saying the same thing. Unfortunately for him I had recorded our first meeting where he admitted passing on the documents ….
