We've all heard the saying "you are what you eat," but it couldn't be more true!
𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐭 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐚 𝐇𝐔𝐆𝐄 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.
The foods that we eat can be toxic, full of herbicides and pesticides and genetically modified. Ultimately, those toxins destroy the good bacteria in our bodies and can lead to inflammation.
Be conscious of what you are fueling your body with. When grocery shopping, shop local and organic when possible to reduce your chemical consumption.
Choose quality over quantity and pay for it now instead of paying for it later!
