Vegetable oils are the reason you can't lose any weight. They interfere with your bodies leptin regulation, the hunger hormone responsible for telling us we're 'full'. But worse than that, they boost your bodies gremlin levels beyond normal levels!! This is why when you snack, you end up feeling hungrier than when you started!
Just say no to the vegetable and seed oils! They are unnatural and wreak havoc on your body. If you use oils to cook, invest in a non-stick pan instead. They are worth the few extra dollars and the benefits of losing the weight will pay dividends for years to come!
