Supreme Commander FA Modding - Basic Mod Tools Setup

All videos in this series are for Forged Alliance. Supreme Commander isn't much different, but the Seraphim were obviously only in FA.

No map making. I don't know how to do it. Really don't like doing it.

There aren't many tools to setup, just the 3D modelling importers. If you're in to that? The game is very open and there's a lot of debug. Some was covered in the video, but you should do a lot more reading...

- I hate it, don't use it and it will be avoided in future videos. Mostly bad memories from the very early version. I'm happy with Max and Maya.

- I prefer Maya but the only script there is for Max. Most future videos will be using Max unless there's an issue which requires the Blender script. I recommend to install both if possible.
