The One Running Form Mistake Most New Runners Make

I made this mistake a lot for a long time and I never knew a better way. Now that I’ve corrected my form my knees feel insanely better after a run and I can keep a faster pace with the same effort. Don’t take this as absolute truth. Try it out and find what works for you. This is just my perspective based on my personal experience
