I decided not to go too crazy today, as I am definitely not back to full capacity with Deadlifting, and wanted to save my lower back, and prevent overall fatigue. I have started trying out a narrower stance, along with wearing shoes, for extra grip snd stability on the floor, and it seems to be treating me well. The narrower stance seems to help keep the weight more centered, which is an issue for me, as I have scoliosis. My lower back feels great afterwards, too, which is encouraging. I will probably dial the training max down, along with the other lifts, and focus on building better technique/performance from here.
