Lasagna dip is a fast, fun, easy and delicious way to enjoy a favorite dish...lasagna! Since its so easy to make, you can double the recipe and enjoy at parties, tail- gating or on game day! To make lasagna dip you need
1lb grn beef
2c spaghetti sauce(any brand and most flavors will work)
1 and 1/2c ricotta cheese
1 and 1/2c shredded mozzarella cheese
1 loaf of any kind of sturdy bread i.e. French or Italian bread( Mine was French bread freshly baked from Walmart)

Brown and crumble the ground beef in a large skillet. Drain any grease using a paper towel. Add 2c spaghetti sauce to the browned beef in the skillet. Simmer until it thickens a bit, about 3-5mins. Spread the ricotta cheese in the bottom of an 8x8 in pan. Pour the sauce meat mixture over the ricotta cheese in pan. Spread evenly over ricotta cheese. Top with 1 and 1/2c shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 for 15-20mins until top is light brown and sides are bubbling.( mine baked for 25mins). Serve with sliced French or Italian bread(I toasted mine slightly in the oven at 400 while I prepared the lasagna dip). Enjoy! Yields about 4 servings

Note: this recipe will be very easy to double or even triple to serve a large crowd.
