Top nuclear official 'satisfied' with U.S. forces in face of Putin's threat

Admiral Charles A. Richard, head of U.S. Strategic Command, which oversees the country's nuclear arsenal, said on Tuesday (March 1) that he was "satisfied with the posture" of U.S. nuclear forces when asked about Russian President Vladimir Putin's decision to put his country's nuclear forces on high alert.
