All freedoms are not equal.

It is surreal and frustrating to hear Canadian politicians talk about the importance of freedom after all they have done over the past two years stripping freedoms in Canada.

If state powers are not held in check, the individual suffers.

The attack on Ukrainians wishing to live a peaceful life is abhorrent.

Similarly, health policies that resulted in Canadians losing their livelihoods and not being able to leave the country are also a drastic attack on individual liberties.

Do you think it is important to push back against state overreach, no matter what form it takes, in order to avoid the eventualities of excessive state control?
