Another off-day, due to lackluster sleep the past few days from my schedule being out of whack with work, and also participating in Carnaval (South/Eastern Dutch tradition) This was my 2nd attempt, after a lackluster set, where the barbell hit the J-hooks on the second rep, and completely threw me off, causing me only to get three reps. I firmly believe I could have got at least five reps, which would have been a PR, but I completely fell out of my groove, due to the mishap, and therefore lost all of my energy. I was pissed, and did not want to give up, so I figured I would at least try and go for my previous record, rested a few minutes, and here you have it. Not the prettiest set, but a better outcome than my first attempt 🤟🏻.
