This vegan ice cream recipe is super easy to make and start to finish only takes a few minutes. All you'll need is 5 ingredients, frozen bananas, plums, frozen blueberries, fresh mint and coconut water. Blend until smooth, the consistency will be of soft serve ice cream. If you want the ice cream to be more firm just put it in the freezer for an hour or two. Try this recipe out and let me know what you think!
