Quick Health Tip: "Why am I Never Full?"
In today’s quick health tip I want to cover the question “why am I never full?” or "why am I always hungry?". There are 2 simple reasons for this:
1. You don’t eat enough. This usually isn’t the issue but for those people starving themselves for weight loss, stop doing that, it’s bad for your body and screws up your metabolism.
2. You have nutrient deficiencies in your diet. If you aren’t eating foods that are nutrient dense, like fruits and vegetables, you’ll end up being continually hungry until your body meets its vitamin, mineral and trace mineral requirements. A simple fix to this is to start juicing green vegetables, they have the highest mineral content. I have multiple videos on that, so check it out!
