How to make a delicious roasted salsa verde and preserve it by waterbath canning.
Ingredients:
5 lbs tomatillos or green tomatoes
4 large onions
1 head of garlic or 3 tbsp granulated garlic
2 Cups hatch chili peppers (or peppers of your choice)
4 tbsp sazon seasoning (or use 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp cumin, 2 tsp Mexican oregano, 1 tsp ground coriander)
