1.) 1 minute 1 leg Burpee Push-ups with Overhead Clap and Jump
2.) 1 minute 1 leg mountain climbers
3.) 1 minute 1 leg shoulder-width grip push-ups
4.) 1 minute 1 leg triangle (close grip) push-ups
She completes 67 reps for each leg on her first try at new challenge!
