Ujjayi, Take Two

Ujjayi breathing is a wonderful way to calm your mind. It helps release tension and helps regulate body temperature. Some yogis prefer to do Ujjayi during a vinyasa asana practice. Others prefer to practice this technique on it's own. This is an example of what I like about yoga. It is a very personal experience and there is no need to compare our selves to another person.
