Russia-Ukraine standoff: Countries scramble to evacuate personnel as possible invasion looms

Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky says a potential Russian invasion could begin as early as Feb. 16, in an address calling for nationwide solidarity.

Russia has been building up its forces near Ukraine, with well over 100,000 troops lined along the border and there are reports they have begun moving into "attack positions."

As Jackson Proskow reports, the alarming comments come as allied nations scramble to get personnel out of the country, as little hope remains for a peaceful solution.
