A Former Licensed Realtor, Sara Changed Her Life By Working Online Running An Online Business

Hi I'm Darren, and I'm one-half of Darren and Mike, and today I'm interviewing Sarah about her online business. So Sarah why don't you tell us, when did you start your online business, and what did you do before?

Well my two-year anniversary is coming up in July, so July 2018 is when I started in this business. And before that. I was a licensed realtor.

And what is your favorite thing about this business, and how has your life changed since you're almost two years in the business now?

Oh I hope you have some time, so many things, oh my gosh, I bought my my dream vehicle, which is a Jeep, a brand new Jeep. I bought a brand new condo, in one of the more expensive cities in Canada, in the Central Okanagan, in a high-rise building. So you can see my backdrop there is gorgeous. Paying for braces for my son coming up, private tutoring for my son, I've been able to help my daughter out, and all because of this business, which is of course, as we all know, taxable income. So it's just it's been so amazing.

And so is that your favorite thing, that you're able to help out your kids, and do some?

Well, yeah helping out my kids, and then also just having independence right? Like having my own place, and having my own vehicle. You know, I used to stay up at night, you know staring at the ceiling, worrying about retirement, and financial security, and it's just not an issue anymore. I just don't have to think or overly budget, and I'm not a huge spender, but before it was like just making sure that everything worked by you know, having a budget in place right? And now, I just I don't have to budget anymore. Which is amazing.
