Rugby Union - An Extreme Beginner's Guide

Seven Codes of Football's extreme beginner's guide to Rugby Union.

The goal of this video is to give a brief explanation of the core elements of Rugby Union so a person unfamiliar with the sport can watch a game on TV or in person with some competency.

PLEASE NOTE: this is just a simple introduction, not an exhaustive review of all the rules. I have intentionally left some things out. My goal is to only give enough information to someone so that they may follow a game with no prior knowledge.

The rules of Rugby Union are thick and complex. Future videos will dig deeper into the various rules.
