This is a kettlebell combo we completed in our weekly kettlebell workouts, this workout was called TRITON. The combo is performed with double kettlebells (alternatives and progressions available in our private group). Perform a squat deadlift, back to dead, step back, dead swingsnatch, drop into racking, strict press, drop into racking, and drop into backswing and back to dead.
