Another Bogus Attack On Florida

The Biden White House has attacked a Florida bill restricting the teaching of sexuality among young children that Democrats are referring to as “Don’t Say Gay,” but the bill does not refer to “gay” and only applies from kindergarten through third grade.

Last week, a Virginia judge denied Gov. Glenn Youngkin’s (R-VA) bid to allow parents to decide whether their children should wear masks at school. Following the judge’s order, Virginia Democrats issued a statement saying, “In a win for Virginia parents, courts rule against Youngkin’s executive overreach.”

When Democrats regained control of the Virginia House of Delegates in November 2019, one of the first things they did was pass a law that says school officials do not have to report misdemeanor crimes – specifically singling out “sexual assaults” – to law enforcement. Two years later, with Republicans back in control of that chamber, Democrats do not support its repeal.
