GPU Eth Mining Farm - HDMI Spoofer, Fixing a Windows Bug?

Windows is auto minimizing our open windows after a display driver restart even though our program should open the windows in their original state. Something is going on. We think it could be an hdmi input causing these issues. Trying out the spoofer for a potential fix.
